Hiring rules

General rules:
No offroad driving
No smoking/ no vaping inside the van
No offroad/beach driving/extended unsealed roads (over 7km)
Pets allowed only upon application
Hirer age restrictions: 25
Standard pickup/dropoff times
Return the vehicle with a half full tank
No Speeding note that speeding fines and infringements are payable by the hirer.
No driving whilst intoxicated
Only named drives to be driving the vehicle at any time
The campervan must be returned reasonably clean and tidy (cleaning products are included with hire). Failure to insufficiently clean will incur a cleaning fee of $99.00.
The campervan must be returned with the composting toilet empty and clean. Failure to empty the toilet will incur a fee of $119.00.
The campervan must be returned with grey water tank empty
With being a Diesel engine: The New Zealand RUC ( Road User Charge ) will be applied to all bookings and KM's traveled: @ 0.09 per KM
i.e. 1000 KM's traveled = $90.00 additional Tax payment due....
200km per day are included, after that $0.35 per km will be charged.
Pick up in Picton, Blenheim or surrounded areas can be organise for an extra fee.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Hire Fee: From $100.00 per day

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
