Self contain Meet our freshly built VW Sharan camper setup — everything is new and ready for its first proper road trips. It’s a simple, comfy way to see New Zealand for two people: - Full-length sleeping bed for 2 (flat, proper bed feel) - Lounge mode: prop the bed up and sit in the boot with your feet in, watching the view - Fresh water + sink for quick wash-ups - Slide-out kitchen with pull-out tables (easy cooking setup from the back) - Portable toilet included - 220V power station (great for charging laptops, cameras, phones) - Cutlery, blanket, pillows included

A few helpful notes for a smooth trip: - Quick setup: bed + kitchen are designed to be fast and straightforward - Power: 220V power station is included for charging devices (usage time depends on what you plug in) - Water: fresh water is provided and easy to top up on the road - We’ll walk you through everything at pick-up (bed, kitchen, water, toilet, power) so you feel confident from day one - This is a brand-new setup, so we really appreciate keeping it tidy and treating it like your own

Hiring rules

  • No smoking / vaping inside the vehicle (thank you — it’s a fresh new setup).
  • Please keep the van tidy: shake off sand, wipe spills, and don’t leave rubbish behind.
  • Return the van in the same clean condition as collected (basic clean). If it comes back heavily dirty, an extra cleaning fee may apply.
  • Fuel: please refuel with 95 petrol only and return with the same fuel level as pickup. Keep receipts if possible.
  • Power station (220V): please keep it charged during the trip when you can. Don’t leave it completely flat. Use the provided charging method.
  • Battery care: avoid running powerheavy appliances for long periods if the power station is low.
  • Please don’t use the kitchen inside the cabin (cook from the rear kitchen area).
  • Toilet: empty and clean as shown at pickup (we’ll explain where/how).
  • Report any issues or damage as soon as it happens — we’re easy to reach and it’s usually a quick fix.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Teraglide was a great van! Easy to use with everything one might need. The car style was great to drive around and access different areas of NZ.

    Great vehicle and stocked with everything we needed for a lovely trip. Really easy to drive, with a comfy bed and everything was very clean. Hosts were very helpful and responsive and even offered to drive us to the airport afterwards for a very reasonable price. Would recommend!
