This well set-up Nissan Caravan is ideal for couples looking for a practical and comfortable campervan for weekends away or longer trips. It has everything you need for a straightforward getaway, including solar power, fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric sink tap, USB charging ports and power points for your devices, and interior and exterior LED lighting. The van is fully insulated for added comfort in a range of weather conditions. There’s fresh and grey water storage, along with cooking equipment, plates, and cutlery provided. Basic pantry staples such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are also included. Inside there is plenty of storage for your gear, and an outdoor table and chairs are included for meals at your campsite under the awning. The van is automatic, has seatbelts for 3 passengers, and sleeps 2 comfortably. It is green sticker self-contained, allowing for freedom camping where permitted. A toilet is included for self-containment purposes. To maintain hygiene for all guests, we ask that it is not used where possible. New Zealand is well serviced with public bathrooms and campsite facilities and we do request you make best use of these. Easy to drive and simple to set up, this van is suited to anyone wanting a no-fuss option with the essentials already sorted. Bedding, linen, and towels can be provided on request for an additional fee. Airport pick up can also be provided at extra cost.

Additional information

The van does hold a current “Green Sticker” and is considered completely self-contained with fixed toilet, however, we do ask that the toilet is not used. There are public bathrooms and camping facilities available to be used and suggest you plan your journey accordingly to make use of public bathrooms and camping area facilities.

Hiring rules

  • There is strictly no smoking or vaping inside the van.
  • No offroad travel (beach or extended gravel road).
  • Cooking gas bottle must be filled upon return of van (can be done at petrol or gas refill station).
  • Petrol tank must be full upon return.
  • Extended travel, maximum of 200km per day. This can be averaged over total hire period(0.75c per km there after).
  • Awning must be packed away in case of windy weather.
  • Driver age restrictions (25+ years old).
  • Van must be returned tidy or an extra cleaning fee may be applied.
  • If an engine light appears, hirers must pull over and call the owner or Camplify for assistance immediately.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
