Convenient Collection: We can arrange meeting and motorhome pick up/drop off at Auckland International/ Domestic Airport terminals OR Auckland Botanic Gardens carpark - a five-ten minute drive south of the airport.

Hiring rules

  • All hirers must be over the age of 25 and hold a full drivers license with no restrictions
  • No smoking in the vehicle or under the awning. Will result in excess cleaning fees
  • Vehicle must be returned with full tank of fuel, gas refilled and grey/black water tanks emptied. Failure to so will result in a Fee of $150.00 being charged
  • Please allow 45 minutes to complete pick up and drop off procedures
  • The vehicle must be returned clean. Dishes washed and put away, bench surfaces wiped down, sand and dirt swept outside
  • Oneway hires are not permitted
  • RUCs Road User Charges are additional and calculated via the vehicle's odometer reading at time of return. All Road User Charges (RUC) are charged at a rate of 0.09c per km
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
