Please allow 60 minutes for the vehicle handover when you arrive. The Motorhome will be picked up from Queenstown (either Hanley's Farm or Frankton Airport by arrangement) and dropped back to Queenstown. When requesting your booking, please provide us with your preferred pick-up and drop-off times, or once your flights are booked, send us a message. Additionally, please let us know how many individuals will be traveling so we can prepare the appropriate amount of bedding and towels. There are plenty of shelves and cupboards to put all your items away. However there is no storage space in the campervan large enough to fit a suitcase so we are happy to store your suitcases in our garage. Using packing cells in your suitcase is a great option so you can easily transfer them into the campervan from your suitcase. This is a large motorhome to drive, please be aware of the length, width and height when booking this: -Length: 7.5m -Width: 2.45m -Height: 3.5m -Reversing camera -Automatic transmission -Diesel engine Child seats: If bringing children, please note that there are two forward facing seats in the dinette approved for child restraints that have anchor points. These can be secured with the anchor points and seat belts (no isofix). Full, half and harnessed boosters and Britax click-tight car seats available on request with additional fee - choose child seat over 6months when booking. Car seat features: -Age/Weight: Suitable for child 9-18kg using car seat's 5-point harness and suitable for 15-36kg -Forward facing only -5 Point harness -Complies with European Standard ECE R44/04 Alternative option for hiring child restraints: Tots on Tour https://www.totsontour.co.nz

Hiring rules

• Hirer/driver must be 21 years of age or over, but no older than 84 and have a full license
• No Smoking or Vaping in or near the vehicle.
• No Unsealed Roads including ski access roads
• No offroad driving / beach driving
• There are no chains, so no driving in snow or roads that require to carry or use chains.
• No Pets
• Awning must only be used in calm, very light wind conditions, otherwise it should be packed away.
• Any damage must be reported immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on or if an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 03 668 1211 they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me.
• Linen is included so please advise how many guests and how many adults/children when you make your initial booking request.
• The vehicle must be returned in the condition of handover. We pride ourselves on great service and to ensure seamless hand over please ensure the following is completed. The rubbish is removed, the fridge is empty, bench spaces are wiped, dishes are clean and put away, floors swept out and the toilet cassette is clean and empty. Failure to return clean will result in excess cleaning fees of $199.00 being applied.
• Pick up and drop off is to be arranged at a mutually agreeable time.
• Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200kms a day. This will be averaged out over the duration of the hire. Example: 5 days hire x 200kms allowance 1000kms for hire permitted in the rate, additional kms will be charged at 50c per km and deducted on completion of the hire.
• RUC charges apply at 9c per km
• Return with fuel full of DIESEL, all hires include a full tank upon departure.
• Return with the toilet cassette and wastewater tank empty, but you don't need to worry about filling the freshwater tank.
• To ensure the comfort of future guests, we kindly request that you refrain from cooking meals containing high allergen foods such as peanuts and shellfish inside the vehicle
• Strictly no fish to be cooked in the campervan or kept in the fridge you'll thank me for this.
• Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.

  An Unforgettable Experience Thanks to Simon and Lilah! As a family of four embarking on our first campervan adventure around the stunning South Coast, we couldnt have asked for a better experienceand thats all thanks to Simon and Lilah. From the moment they delivered the campervan directly to our hotel, we knew we were in good hands. Their flexibility and attention to detail set a new standard for exceptional customer service. The six-berth campervan itself was absolutely faultless. Spacious, thoughtfully equipped, and incredibly comfortableit felt like a true home on wheels. Simon and Lilah had anticipated every need a first-time campervanning family could have: camp chairs and table, cozy doonahs, extra blankets for chilly nights, ample linen and towels, even pantry staples and condiments. Every feature was well-considered, from the two dining areas and fridge to the shower, toilet, and retractable awning. What truly made the experience stand out was Simons warm and helpful naturenothing was ever too much trouble. He even kindly drove us back to our hotel at the end of our trip, which we were deeply grateful for. We wholeheartedly recommend Simon and Lilah to anyone considering a campervan holiday. Theyve created something special, not just with their top-notch van but with the care and kindness they bring to every interaction. We cant imagine a better stay!

  Simon and his partner were brilliant communicators and super friendly. The van was just perfect. Everything worked as it should, the van was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The van itself self drove like new and is easy to drive even for someone not used to larger vehicles. We drove it 2000kms without a hiccup. Thanks!
