Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Lauren 5.0Great van, comfortable bed and has everything you need inside. An awning wouldve been a bonus in the unpredictable weather we had! Doesnt tow very smoothly however. Easy handover with great communication from Paul! Will be hiring again though him.
Nick 4.0We had a good time. The caravan was a bit older and a few door handles and access points have been a bit worn. We had a problem with the fridge and water pump but Paul arranged for someone to fix both. Overall it was fine.
