Hiring rules

• Please allow 45 minutes to complete pick up and drop off procedure .
• * No pets allowed inside the motorhome .
• * No smoking inside the van a deodorisation fee of $350.00 will be deducted from bond if returned smelling of smoke
• *Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• * Motorhome must return clean with toilet cassette and grey water tank emptied.
• * Motorhome to be returned with full tank or similar level when picked up of diesel ,gas tank will need to be replaced if empty before the last day of the rental
• * Any driving offences/related charges; including but not limited to, parking tickets, speeding tickets, bus lane offences ,toll road will need to be pay by hirer to the owner ,or will be deducted from the bond or transferred to the hirer on return.
• * No driving on unsealed roads, non council approved gravel roads, ski field access roads or prohibited NZTA listed roads, beaches or any other land that could be considered unstable, not permited on Skippers Road(Queenstown) ,Ball Hutt Road(Mt Cook), Ninety Miles Beach(Northland),,North of Colville(Coromandel peninsula), Camplify vehicle are also not permitted on any ski field access road during the time of year that they operate.
• * 4 days minimum Hire on our motorhome,16day minimum hire if plan to travel South island and over Christmas & New Year
• * Soft Luggage and Bedding Only to be stored inside. No Bikes or Surfboards Inside (Please utilise Storage Areas)
• * 180km per day
• * Ruc charges are $0.09 per km have to be pay on the day of return by the hirer directly to the owner by bank transfer or cash
• *EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on +64 3 668 1211 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• *DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required , any damage not covered by insurance will need to be repaired, replacement of parts.. The renters will be asked to cover cost related and insurance excess fees.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Coasting Comfort offers everything needed for a high standard road trip in total comfort come rain or shine! Rhett was very prompt at responding to queries we had after making the booking and picking up the vehicle. The handover was comprehensive, during our time we had a couple of questions and Rhett responded very promptly. We were able to explore the Coromandel and enjoyed everything this beautiful peninsula has to offer. The van offers the luxury of not having to prepare sleeping arrangements every evening and having a good size fridge freezer to be able to have food pre bought before a trip thus not having to make repeated trips for shopping during our travels. Because of a change to our arrangements to be picked up following drop off of the vehicle, Bec, Rhetts wife was very accommodating and drove us back to our Auckland base nearby. Thank you so much to Rhett and Bec!

  Thanks Rhett! What a great motorhome. It's well set up with all of the "extras", that other hirers charge additional for. The garage was great for us. We managed to get four bikes in, along with all of the chairs and table etc. so we could take everyone's toys with us. Pick up was super slick with all of the required info being communicated which meant our holiday was stress free. Drop off was also super easy with times being arranged to suit both sides. We will be seeking your motorhome next time we need luxurious accommodation when traveling around our amazing country. A1 rating for this luxurious A class motorhome from us. Thanks again Rhett.

  What an amazing two week experience we had! The motorhome was very comfortable for our family. It had everything we needed to feel like we were at our home away from home. The bed was so comfy, couldnt ask for better. The motorhome is in immaculate condition. We are very grateful to Rhett. Who made us feel very welcomed upon arrival and comfortable with his knowledge of how everything operated. Overall we had such a great experience and we recommend to anyone wanting to travel around NZ in style.
