Hiring rules

No smoking allowed in the vehicle.
The van needs to be returned clean and in the same state as you received it. If excessive cleaning is needed, it will incur an extra cleaning fee.
Damages or broken items must be settled upon returning.
Standard pick up/drop off times are after 6pm or by arrangement.
Any damages must be reported immediately who, what, where, when will be required.
Pull over immediately if the engine light comes on. In case of an accident, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify (03) 668 1211, Option 4 they will advise you on how to call roadside assistance. Then, call us right after!
Fuel all hires will start with a full tank. Return the van filled with petrol (unleaded 91).
Toll roads toll should be paid within 5 days on www.nzta.govt.nz.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $100.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
