Camplify Boxing Day promotion terms and conditions
These terms and conditions govern participation in the Camplify Boxing Day Promotion (“Promotion”) for RV Owners (“Owners”). By opting in, Owners agree to be bound by these terms.
Promotion period and participation
Promotion Dates: The Promotion commences at 12:00 AM NZDT on 26th December 2025 and concludes at 11:59 PM NZDT on 28th December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
Opt-in required: This is an optional promotion. Owners must actively opt-in to participate.
Opt-in process: To participate, Owners must:
Log in to their Owner Dashboard.
Create a new discount code.
The discount code name must be exactly BOXINGDAY to qualify. Any other code name will not qualify the listing for the Promotion.
Set the code’s start date to 26th December 2025 and the end date to 28th December 2025.
Owners must complete this opt-in process before 12:00 AM NZDT on 26th December 2025.
Eligible listings: Owners with multiple listings can choose to apply the BOXINGDAY discount to all their RVs or to selected RVs via their Owner Dashboard.
Discount details and application
Discount value: Owners must specify the discount amount in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) when creating the BOXINGDAY code in their dashboard.
Application: The specified discount will be applied by Camplify to the Hire Fees of the RV listing. The discount cannot be applied to owner services fees or to Camplify booking fees.
Valid bookings: The BOXINGDAY discount code is applied on payment and can be used for bookings for any future travel dates on the Camplify platform, provided the booking is paid for within the Promotion Period (between 12:00 AM NZDT on 26th December 2025 and 11:59 PM NZDT on 28th December 2025). The discount code will not work if the booking is accepted during the Promotion Period but the hirer delays their payment until after it ends.
Owner Authorisation: By creating and applying the discount code, Owners authorise Camplify to deduct the specified discount amount from the total Hire Fees. Owners will receive payment for the booking, less the discount amount specified.
Enhanced visibility
Sale badge: Participating Owner listings will receive a Boxing Day “Sale” or “Special” badge in search results during the Promotion Period.
Featured collection: Participating RVs will be featured in a special Boxing Day Collection on the Camplify platform for enhanced visibility during the Promotion Period.
Restrictions and limitations
Stacking discounts: The BOXINGDAY discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or discounts. Only one valid discount code can be applied per transaction.
Retrospective application
The BOXINGDAY code can be used retrospectively for existing booking requests on participating RVs, provided that:
The booking request is still active and unpaid at any point during the Promotion Period.
The discount will not apply to any booking requests that have already been paid for prior to 12:00 AM NZDT on 26th December 2025.
Cancellations and refunds
In the event a booking made using the BOXINGDAY discount code is subsequently cancelled by the hirer, the discount amount is non-refundable to the hirer. Any owner payments on cancellation will be calculated based on the discounted booking price in accordance with the owner's cancellation policy applicable to the booking.
Opting out
Owners can choose to opt out of this Promotion at any time by removing the BOXINGDAY discount code from their Owner Dashboard.
Upon removal of the discount code:
The RV listing’s eligibility for the Promotion ceases.
Any sale badge will be removed.
Visibility within the special Boxing Day Collection will be removed.
The discount will no longer be available for new bookings.
General provisions
Camplify reserves the right to run this Promotion only in markets where Owner interest is sufficiently warranted.
Camplify reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time.
