Great van for our weekend trip to Coromandal. The van itself was extremely easy to drive, and it handled well on uphill roads. Great on Fuel. The solar panels and equipment in the van made life so easy and simple, and were very well set up. David was easy to communicate with for pick up, and drop off. Highly recommend this van for your next adventure.

Such a nice van to drive, had everything we needed to get away with only a carry-on bag. The little fridge fitted quite a bit, and we never ran out of power even with at least one of our phone on charge most of the time.

Exactly what we needed while attending Te Matatini in New Plymouth. Dave was very responsive and friendly with comms and explained how everything in the van worked and was also clean and tidy. Thanks Dave!

Surfers Escape is a great van. It had everything we needed and more. Comfy bed, great fridge, and even a fan to keep cool on those hot nights. Easy enough to drive. David is lovely and gave us a thorough briefing. Would definitely recommend.

Surfers escape was absolutely perfect for our adventure for the two of us. We had the campervan for 5 weeks so we got to know it very well and we were not disappointed at all. Great storage facilities, very comfortable bed, great drive and no engine issues. David was a fantastic owner, great communication and easy to contact whenever we needed him. Would 100% recommend to anyone as we already miss the little beauty.
