This was my first trip to New Zealand, and I was so lucky to rent a Tess motorhome from Ngaere! The spacious living room, comfortable double bed, bathroom, kitchen, and every other detail were fantastic. Ngaere provided everything we needed, and she was always there to help when I asked, which made me feel very safe. I'm so grateful to her for giving me the opportunity to explore New Zealand in the Tess.

We had the absolute best holiday in Tess. She was comfortable, warm and clean, she was our home away from home for eight days. Tess was easy to drive and fully equipped for our little adventure. Ngaere was absolutely brilliant with fantastic communication and she also gave great holiday hotspot for ideas, as this was our first time exploring the top of the south. We had an absolute blast, making it a trip to remember for a lifetime. Thanks Ngaere

S U P E R W A R M ! What a great experience we had as first time campervaners. This van is super warm, nice large bed that lowers down. Spacious bathroom and very peppy engine, hills etc no problem.

Tess is a wonderful motorhome! Everything worked as Ngaere explained and made our holiday perfect. We were able to go 'offgrid' for the whole week of our travels, allowing us opportunities to visit more distant parts of NZ. It was easy to drive and very comfortable! Ngaere's communication both before and during our visit was exceptional. Highly recommended!!!

We had 18 glorious nights with Tess while we travelled a lot of the South Island. Tess is well equipped with everything we needed & lovely Ngaere was extremely easy going, informative & always there to take our calls. From pickup to drop off was all effortless & would not hesitate to recommend a hire off Ngaere.. we would hire Tess again.

Had a brilliant time with Tess, and very ably supported by Ngaere. There were so many little useful extras supplied with the motorhome and Ngaere was in close support all the way, quickly answering even our most idiotic questions. We mostly stayed at camp grounds during this trip so didn't actually use the on board shower, but all the other facilities were used and worked well. A very comfy bed! Would thoroughly recommend- no negatives at all.

Ngaere was super helpful and also made us feel completely at ease as first time campervan drivers. The van was great and had been fitted out by an owner who clearly knows what she is doing as every little detail had been thought of. Ngaere checked in regularly and we could always ask any minor questions and she was very understanding. Would definitely rent Tess again if we have the chance!

Great experience overall. My family and I took Tess for 6 days, and we loved it. Ngaere was very helpful throughout the entire process. She answered my questions instantly since I made the booking and also during our trip. The camper van was clean and in good condition, and we had all we needed to have a great time in NZ. Ngaere was an absolute delight, she was super helpful during the handover and throughout our journey, always quick to reply. The van is in perfect condition, a joy to drive, and very well insulated which was a must for a winter trip! Will definitely rent Tess again on future trips.

Our experience was invaluable as we have been considering purchasing a motorhome and until now had no real knowledge of the practicalities of travelling and living in one. Also, we needed to consider our dog, a medium sized cavoodle. Ngaere's motorhome is dog friendly. She had a lot of knowledge to share so before our departure we immediately felt more confident about our "adventure". Ngaere made herself available 24/7 and although we only needed to contact her a couple of times, it was never a bother and she responded straight away. We travelled in May and the weather was pretty miserable. However, the motorhome was warm and comfortable.
