We had a fantastic time with Serena, handover was very in-depth but super useful and Julia was incredibly helpful by coming to meet us at a specific location. Exploring NZ was a breeze in this van as it's small enough to get round the winding roads with ease but still big enough to be very comfortable inside. It's also stacked with absolutely everything we needed for our trip, including little extras we weren't expecting like sunscreen and bug spray! We'd definitely reccomet to others!

We rented Serena for our 7 day trip across the North Island and it was honestly one of the best travel decisions weve ever made. Julia is an absolutely outstanding host. Communication was seamless from the very beginning and she truly went above and beyond, even picking us up at Auckland Airport, which made our arrival completely stress free. The handover was smooth and efficient and she clearly explained everything about the van and driving in New Zealand. We really couldnt have asked for a better person to rent from. Serena is a fantastic camper. It is not a big luxury motorhome, but that is exactly what makes it great. It is practical, reliable and thoughtfully equipped with everything you actually need. Because it is a smaller van, it is also very easy to park almost anywhere, regardless of the size of the parking space, which makes daily travel much more relaxed. The van drives beautifully and we had zero issues, even on steep and narrow North Island roads. The bed is comfortable and switching from table to bed takes just a few minutes, which is perfect after a long day of exploring. What really makes this van special is the attention to detail. It is fully stocked with everything you might need, from kitchenware and a clothesline to an umbrella and ziplock bags. You can clearly see that Julia uses the van herself. It feels personal and well cared for, not like a generic rental vehicle. The only small thing worth mentioning is the fridge. It works, but it is not the most efficient and can drain the secondary battery overnight. It kept our milk and yogurt perfectly fine, but I would not fully trust it to keep meat or medicine properly cold for more than a day. Julia mentioned she is already working on upgrading it, which just shows how much she cares about improving the experience. Overall, we had an amazing trip and a really pleasant experience. If you have the chance to rent Serena, do not hesitate.

Had a wonderful time exploring the north island! Julia was really sweet and very informative, and gave me some great recommendations. The van was really comfortable and never had any issues. Had a blast!

We used Julias van for 7 weeks and had a great time. It had plenty of storage and was equipped with everything we needed on our trip. Reliable on the winding roads and easy to drive. Julia was very attentive and showed us how to use everything. Would recommend anytime :)

Spent 10 days travelling NZ in Maria and we loved every moment of our van experience! Maria handled like a dream was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Julia went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and communicating with her was a breeze! Would definitely hire again highly recommend!!

We had the most unbelievable time with Maria. The van itself was so perfect for us - just the right size, and so warm and homely inside. It made a big difference having the wooden interiors and proper crockery and cooking materials. The space was designed so well - everything had its place and it was easy to manage. Julia was wonderful and whenever we had an issue she was right there to help us. She was incredibly helpful and responsive and also so friendly. We couldn't recommend this highly enough - the perfect way to visit New Zealand! Thank you Julia!

Do not hesitate to book this van! Out holiday in Julia's van was a dream come true. Julia has thought of everything when it comes to making her van as comfortable, practical and as safe as possible. The van drives very well and you can tell it has been looked after well mechanically. There is a proper fridge that runs off a second battery which is charged while you drive. This was a treat to use and allowed us to keep 2-3 days of food with us. The bed is very spacious and the mattress is very comfortable. I am 175cm and my partner is 193cm and we both slept really well! And lastly all the small details made this van the perfect hire - bluetooth audio, phone charing cable, tupperware containers for leftovers, rubber bands and pegs to store food, beautiful glasses and bowls, plenty of bench space to cook, high quality bed linen and lots of storage space. Thank you Julia!!
