Tony and Laetitia were great 'hosts', answered our questions prior to arrival and explained everything when they met us at the airport. Tranquilla served us well for our two weeks in South island and allowed us to see so much of the wonderful country. The camper was easy to drive, very well equipped, comfortable for driving, eating and sleeping and campgrounds were fantastic, from the basic DOC sites always in stunning locations to fully equipped sites, the barn in able tasman being a favourite of ours. Highly recommend and enjoy vanlife

We had a wonderful 18 days in Tranquilla exploring the southland. The temperatures got down to 2 degrees in Otago but the van's diesel heater kept us warm. Easy to drive and park, the van was well equipped with great bedding, very good kitchenware, lawn chairs and strong inside lighting. Tony and Laetitia were very thorough in prepping the van and reviewing its features with us. I highly recommend Tranquilla.

What a great van, big enough to be comfortable but small enough to not be so cumbersome. Tony and Laetitia made the experience smooth and easy, they were helpful and genuine in all interactions with them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tranquilla, the van was easy to drive and it did not miss a beat. Everything you need to see the South Island in comfort.

What an unbelievable experience we had in Tony & Laetitas van. They were the best hosts, anything you needed they was always happy to help. They started the trip by dropping the van off to our hotel, we was then shown exactly how the van works which was really simple. We then started our 2 week road trip, mainly staying in free campsites as the van had everything we needed. The van was so good on fuel and very easy to drive. I couldnt recommend this van enough and a massive thank you to Tony and Laetita for being the best hosts.

We loved the Tranquilla on our 4 wk travels on the South Island. Its very comfortable, both in driving and in living in the campervan. Tranquilla is very well equipped! The contact with Tony & Laetitia was amazing, they made us feel very welcome and they responded quick at the time we had a question about the grey water disposal. We definitely recommend people to travel in Tranquilla. When were lucky enough to come to NZ again, we would love to take Tranquilla on another trip!

An experience of a lifetime! Van did not miss a beat, fuel economy was amazing and had everything we needed. Tony and Laetitia were amazing and very quick to respond to all our questions. Was a sad day handing the keys back. Thank you Tony & Laetitia for making our New Zealand holiday a fantastic fulfilled adventure.

Great host even dropped the van to the hotel and picked it up for no charge. Great comms and the van was excellent for 2 adults would rent again next time 5 stars.

My boyfriend and I just spent 20 days with Tranquila and it's been the best holiday!! The van is so we'll equipped, there's really nothing missing for a perfect experience! Tony and Laetitia are also super nice and helpful, in case needed! Recommend this van for a stress free experience!! Thank you Tony and Laetitia, we loved it!!

Tranquilla was a beaut camper in every aspect. Spotlessly clean & fully equipped with everything we needed. We were cosy & snug at night with the diesel heater & a lovely hot shower. We had plenty of room to relax & with windows all round, we enjoyed the view & scenery. Tranquilla is easy to drive & has great fuel economy. Tony & Laetitia were perfect hosts, very happy to make our trip in Tranquilla & NZ very special. They answered every question & made it easy for us to just drive away & enjoy ourselves, from day one.. We are planning to hire Tranquilla again & would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway for two.
