We had a lovely long weekend in Matty. So cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. Jody is friendly and a great communicator. It was our second time renting this campervan, as we enjoyed our trip so much last time. Thank you again Jody :)

Amazing trip in Matty! Jody was awesome right from the first message. She was so accommodating with a last minute booking due to the campsite we had planned to stay at being flooded. Matty was the perfect travel companion! She had everything we needed for a great trip. Thanks so much for trusting us with her!

We had a fantastic holiday, Matty was the perfect companion and shelter for us!! Very reliable, she didnt miss a beat, and so homely. Jody and Ant were fantastic hosts, we would definitely hire with them again. Communication was perfect, and they are both so kind and generous.

We hired Matty the campervan, and were pretty sure she has a personality, cheerful, tidy, and always ready for adventure! Judy and Ant were absolute superstars. They went above and beyond, and their kindness really showed, especially when they took extra care to make sure our kids (including our tiny infant boss) were safe and comfy. Matty was spotless and well maintained, like shed just come back from a spa day. Overall, a fantastic experience - 10/10 would road-trip with her again!

Jody is an amazing and so helpful especially for first time motor campers like us. We were able to hit the road running and managed to explore many places. Answered every questions while on the road so had great communication. The campervan reminds me of an old and faithful person who over times can be relied on and will always be there. Got us to Taranaki, Rotorua, Waitomo, Whakapapa within 6 Days. Was able to sleep at Mt Taranaki for the night as well and walk out to the view. This motorhome created a core memory for a lifetime for me and my children. Thank you Jody.

Our family has an amazing time travelling in Hakuna Matata. Comfortable and has everything you need. Yummy complimentary biscuits and chocolate was a nice touch.

We had a great experience hiring hakuna matata camper van from Jody & Ant! They were incredibly friendly, and their communication was awesome. They were also very understanding, making the whole process smooth. It was a quick trip for us, and we only wish we had booked for more days! Highly recommend hiring their camper vanyou wont be disappointed!

We spent a month in Matty. We had a great time. Jodie provided all our bedding and it was comfortable to sleep in. The hob was great for cooking and all kitchen equipment was provided. The loo was easy to use and clean. We didnt use the shower but it worked fine. We got use to filling up with water and camper-van life quickly. There was plenty of storage. Ant and Jodie kindly kept our cases at their house so we had more room. They also kindly collected us at the start of our trip and returned us to our onward journey at the end. Which went above and beyond. Jodie left us biscuits and chocolate at the start of our trip. Many thanks to you both we have fond memories of Matty.

We had such a lovely weekend in Hakuna Matata, such a cosy and comfortable campervan. Easy to drive and a gorgeous home on wheels. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. Jodi was very friendly and helpful - overall a great experience!

Hakuna Matata very was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when we picked it up. Jody gave us a thorough walkthrough before hitting the road, which made us feel at ease and provided us all the necessities we needed while on the road and away from home. My kids specially love the cookies and chocolates as a welcome gift. If youre looking for an adventure with a lot of flexibility and comfort, I highly recommend renting Hakuna Matata. Its the perfect way to connect with nature while still having the comforts of home. Our family had a great time indeed! Thank you very much Jody and Hakuna Matata
