Excellent! Super convenient pick up and drop off (7 minutes uber drive from airport); thorough briefing; camper easy to drive and park, easy set up and use; solar batteries never ran out when using non-powered sites; well-eqiuipped; bedding and towels provided and comfortable; would rent again!

We absolutely loved driving around New Zealand! The van was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Easy to drive, reliable on all kinds of roads, and perfect for exploring at our own pace. The customer service was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Phillip was so welcoming, genuine, and went out of his way to make sure we were set for our trip even sharing local tips and must-see stops. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the full NZ road trip experience!

Good, although we had a few problems with the heater and hot water heater when outside temperatures were very cold.

This van had everything what I needed, it was spacious and so luxurious. The van drove very easy even though it is a long van. The best part for me was the doors at the back to enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the kingsize bed. Phillip and Michelle are very lovely and easy to communicate with. I cant wait to hire the van again for my next adventure!
