We had an amazing time in the van

I drove the van for a month, saw a lot of NZ, and enjoyed every day of it.

Unfortunately our experience wasnt as positive as previous hirers. The van wasnt cleaned before we picked up which the owners apologised for but still wasnt a great start to the trip. We found that the handover was very rushed and the owners were unable to give us a thorough explanation of how the van operated. When we asked if the fridge would drain the battery if left on all the time the response was its up to you . The pillows and sheets provided were terrible quality and had a strange smell and dirty dish rags were left in the sink. Regardless of all this the van was able to get us from A-B with no issues. On returning the van the owners did not want to do an inspection with us , only for us to receive messages hours later blaming us for damage to the vehicle and accusing my husband and I of trying to run away once we had delivered the van. The damage they accused us of had already been pointed out to us by the owners themselves on the day of pick up! I found the whole process to be incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant. Previous hirers said communication was good with the owner however my experience included the owner sending strange messages about the stove and not responding to my questions.. This is my first time using camplify and I would advise future hiders to be extra pre-cautious, especially when doing the pre - hire check with owners.

It was good but the bed was too hard for us and small hard cushions for pillows. So take your own. We had a few cold nights so take a fan heater or extra warm clothes. The fridge wasnt that cold as the battery was low due to bad weather and solar panels not getting a full charge. Drove well and overall we had a great time!

We had great 3 month in this van. Pranil checked in on us after a few weeks. We had to get some matresstoppers in the beginning. Otherwise the beds wouldnt have been comfortable enough for us to sleep in for almost 90 nights

We had a lovely time. Van had everything we needed. Easy to drive. We would rent again.

We had a great trip around in this van. It drove well and was great to get around towns and to see Northland. I would certainly recommend.

The van was great value for money and had everything that we needed. We had the van for just under 3 weeks and it drove really well with no issues. Would hire from Pranil again.

We enjoyed a great weekend away. The van drove comfortably and was decent on gas for its size. Pranil was very thorough in showing us how the van worked.
