Our holiday with this van was amazing! It had everything we asked for. Dianne was amazing. She communicates quickly, is super friendly and helped us whenever we had questions. We will definitely hire again with her if we visit New Zealand again in the future! I would recommend everyone to hire Kenzie and borrow the bbq as well. We had loads of fun! Thank you Dianne for renting Kenzie with you.

My girlfriend and I rented Roxy, a caravan from Dianne, for 9 days to tour the North Island of New Zealand. Dianne was fantastic, she made sure we had everything we needed and was super helpful throughout the trip. Roxy was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfy bed, kitchenette, and a toilet (perfect for quick stops on the go). It was easy to drive, making our journey through beautiful spots like the Coromandel, Rotorua, Taupo, and down to New Plymouth a breeze. Roxy is ideal for a couple, offering just the right amount of space for a cozy, comfortable experience on the road. I would 100% recommend any other couples wanting to tour NZ. The flexibility of staying at campsites and waking up being surrounded by nature is unreal. Overall, renting Roxy from Dianne was a fantastic choice. Highly recommend it for couples looking for a comfortable, flexible road trip around the North Island!

Kenzie was everything I needed her to be! Easy to drive (except when the fuel is low, it does tend to list slightly to the right when the water tank is heavier than the fuel tank!) and no major issues. Dianne was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Easy access to the van for pick up and drop off via Auckland public transport.

We had a wonderful time exploring the North and South islands in the van over 21 days. It worked well and got us everywhere we wanted to go. The solar panels were amazingly helpful and we never went below 60% even on cloudy and wet days - though we didnt quite understand this so had booked electric pitches at various campsites that we didnt need/couldnt use. The little fridge worked well too once set to a good temperature, just needing a quick clean once a week. The space in the van and outside/awning was lovely covering basically everything we needed, even if the awning wall appeared to be too big for us. We never had issues getting around, and the white line/lane warning noise was really helpful, but the engine isnt the most powerful, so expect to be overtaken on the hills and like most vans it is a real petrol guzzler. Its also semi automatic, which took us manual drivers a while to get used to. We also really liked the roof vent, it kept us cooler whilst hiding from swarms if sandflys There was a few personal preferences that after three weeks we would have really valued, but by no means did they detract from our great time. They were; The lights strips in the van were really bright and white, especially on dark evenings, so we often used the door/boot lights that were easier on the eyes. Only having power via USB meant we still had to charge various devices like cameras outside the van - so a plug socket would have been helpful. The bed took such effort to dismantle each day, so we just left it made - which made usage of the under bed storage les simple. There was a lovely clothes line included, but no where inside the van to easily hook this from in the evenings/whilst stationary - which made drying things on wet days like clothes or towels a struggle. It would also have been lovely to have more easy access drawers/spaces to store food/bottles/spices etc. as we just kept these in grocery bags under the bed. All of these things were no real problems and easy to work around with some simple planning. All in - we would recommend Roxy! It was a great holiday and were super thankful for Dianne being so helpful and accommodating

Kenzie is the perfect companion for all you adventures at NZ! It's perfectly equipped with all the basics and perks you need to make your trip easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and I would use it again hands down. Also Dianne was great with communication, very responsive and easy to coordinate.

The whole experience of hiring the campervan from Dianne was incredibly smooth and easy with excellent communication. The campervan itself was spotlessly clean, easy to drive and well maintained. All the accessories you need are included as well as the ones you hope you dont need! I would certainly hire the camper again without hesitation.

Unfortunately, although the van itself was good, our experience hiring from Dianne was not. The initial handover was lacking as Dianne wasnt fully confident on how to use the van herself. When we had booked she offered us use of the kayak, but when we arrived the kayak wasnt there and was actually at a different address. We had to go and pick it up from her partner ourselves but wish we hadnt as we later discovered it didnt even fit the roof rack properly and one of the ratchet straps came loose while we were driving. Before we arrived to pick up the van we did ask Dianne if we could leave some of our belongings with her so that we had more space. She assured us this was fine. However when we brought the van back we were told by her partner (Dianne herself did not meet us at the end of the booking) that there had been an issue and half of our belongings had been lost. He said that they were lost in the garage of a drug addict who was difficult to communicate with. Dianne and her partner had managed to retrieve some of our belongings before we got back, however they had clearly been rifled through as they had been taken out of our original bags and moved around. We were missing around $2000 worth of things - including prescription medication, bespoke dental equipment and jewellery. Luckily some more of this was found a few days later, however not everything has been returned and Dianne has said she wont be looking for anything else. She has also insinuated that I have lied about what has been lost, which is extremely disappointing. Dianne also admitted to Camplify that shed looked through my things to see what all the fuss was about before giving them back. Im not sure how being upset about losing $2000 worth of belongings should really be called causing a fuss. I would not recommend renting from Dianne in the future. Although the van itself is nice, I found Dianne confrontational and not helpful. She lost my things and is point blank refusing to find/return them.

We had an amazing time in Roxy touring the Coromandel. The van was super well equipped, included a heap of extras, and drove a like dream! No issues communicating with Dianne and Vianne either. Overall 10/10!

We had a fantastic time! The campervan was easy to drive and Dianne provided everything we needed. We enjoyed a few days by the beach in the sunshine at Hahei and then went onto Rotorua. Having the campervan was great. Dianne was really helpful and easy to keep in contact with. Thanks so much.

Kenzie was perfect for our needs for our 10 days in the North Island. Regular tasks like filling and draining water were simple as the van was well laid out. Cooking was made easy with inbuilt gas stove and all basic kitchen equipment provided. The bed was comfortable for us to sleep in and we felt safe in all the free camping locations we stayed. The van was easy to drive and park.
