New Zealand is amazing, and visiting with a campervan is a very nice way to see a lot of fantastic places. Unfortunately we had a few issues with this van that not only caused us to waste a lot of travel time, but could also have been quite dangerous: we had to change the windshield wipers as they were completely finished, the backup camera was flaky which caused an incident of costly consequences, and worse, we had to get two tires changed in the middle of the trip as one of them started a slow leak, and that was very lucky for us because we were then able to notice that that tire was so completely worn out in some spots that one could see the metal wires sticking out! Given that NZ roads are notoriously curvy and windy, I hate to think about what could have happened had the tire blown-out while driving! Also the brakes were very noisy, and it sounded like they were way past due their maintenance date. These are all obvious signs that the van was not well maintained, and I would certainly never rent from these owners again.

We recently hired Miles of Memories from John and Vicki and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The van was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs Communication with Vicki and John was easy & friendly throughout the process. We had a great break away and would happily recommend them and their camper to others Thank you

The van was great & John & Vicki were easy to work with & communication was professional & timely. Unfortunately, our van did not have any hot water which meant we stayed in more van parks than planned. We also had to buy a blanket each as the what was supplied was not sufficient. All in all, we were very happy & woud definitely use Camplify again.

Perfect size for a couple. Equipped with all you need. The bed is super-comfortable. The heater worked a treat when the weather turned unexpectedly very cold (hail storms included).

We had a wonderful time travelling up the East Coast to Hawkes Bay. The van windows provided great views of NZ scenery. The recommended destination from John & Vicki was great and we enjoyed a coastal walk and a hike to the lookout from our van park. The van was clean, roomy and very comfortable for travel and sleeping. There is great storage and the van is well fitted out for meal prep and cooking. We hope to hire this van again in the Summer months and recommend Vicki & John who were most helpful.

We absolutely recommend John and Vicki and mobile memories. We were a small family of four (2 adults and 2 children) the van is easy to use and John and Vickis communication is amazing. Definitely will be contacting them again for another little adventure.

An amazing time for us , first time in a campervan . Easy to drive and back . Good gas cooker , very efficient heater , room for clothes and food. Comfortable seats . Bed ok .( but we are in 70s) so not the beds fault ) Helpful kitchen pots , cutlery , plates etc and toilet extras . We will hire again

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in Neuseeland und dieser Van war genau die richtige Wahl für uns. Wir haben ihn für gute drei Wochen gemietet und natürlich einige Kilometer zurückgelegt. Das Auto fuhr sich total sicher und entspannt. Wir mussten uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt Sorgen über irgendetwas machen. Vicky und John waren sehr nett und proaktiv. Die Übergabe und Rückgabe (leider mussten wir die Reise auch irgendwann beenden) waren unkompliziert und es wurde alles gut erklärt. Wir würden den Van und Vicky&John jederzeit weiterempfehlen oder selbst nochmal buchen, aber beim nächsten Mal bleiben wir bestimmt für immer :)

We enjoyed the 2 weeks traveling around the South Island in the van. Overall we were pretty happy with the van. It was however very noisy in the van while traveling despite doing all we could to dampen the rattling. We would have preferred more comfortable camping chairs and table. There was no microwave. The reversing camera was not working. The glasses need replacing. Linen and towels were great as were the basic staples and equipment.
