Positives Camper layout great for 2adults Nice big bathroom All appliances worked Solid drivetrain-reliable. Comfortable driving Nice aftermarket rear view camera Good mileage Negatives Showing wear and tear.. stained upholstery, loose cupboard hinges (I tightened), Sticking locks (gas cap plus compartment locks) broke a key due to faulty compartment lock.. replaced at my cost $180 (have locksmith receipt indicating faulty lock and pics), Dan said he would pay 1/2 and still waiting, replaced locking gas cap with temporary cap to avoid future problems, bed frame is duct taped, bathroom soap holders loose (need an Allen key) Kitchen cupboard disorganized .. 3 bottles olive oil (2 rancid), could have used a corkscrew/can opener and mixing/salad bowl (we bought both) We were assured we had lots of propane but tank 1 was maybe 1/2 full and tank 2 was empty. Orientation and check in was rushed as Dan had to go to work as was drop off. During drop off Dan did a walk around, I reviewed the locks and gas cap with with him on the passenger side of the van, plus let him know about the propane, he declined to inspect the interior and left us to catch our Uber. A day after drop off Camplify informed us that Dan has initiated a claim stating that we are responsible for exterior body scratches to the passenger side of the unit. We are disputing the claim and are waiting upon Camplify.

The van was reliable and comfortable and most things needed for a campervan holiday were supplied.

Dan is a lovely guy, very forthcoming and helpful. However, the van wasnt really what we expected after reading through the reviews. Its really small, with limited natural light in the rear. Hard to stay four people, probably ideal for two people or two people and a couple of small kids. Interior design is peculiar, with a lot of non intuitive solutions when rearranging the furnitures, and it takes a bit of effort every time, but got easier with time. Gas not included, and need to fill it up before returning the van, which is a bit of a hazzle and unusual when renting a campervan. Its easy enough to drive, and because of its size it fits on normal parking spaces which is a really good thing when in a city. Overall, pros and cons, but unfortunately pretty low value vs prize when compared to other campervans in this segment.

We had a fantastic time in the van .It has definitely been very loved and used .It was well equipped and we were able to cook easily.Great layout as the bed is permanently out , the shower is also really good.Dan was so easy to communicate with .Would definitely recommend and use again.

We recently rented the GlamperVan to explore New Zealands South Island, and it was fantastic! Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, it made our journey through stunning landscapes like Milford Sound and Lake Tekapo a breeze. Huge thanks to Dan and family for a provising the means for an unforgettable adventure!

Daniels van is excellent for 2 adults. Just a note for Daniel - the other van we hired last year and the vans hired by our friends this year all supplied staple things like coffee,tea, sugar,oil,handi towells, - there is only one bowel to make a salad and no platters. Just a suggestion not a complaint.

Very happy with Daniel and the motorhome, we had a 3-week holiday and travelled 3,000klms around the South Island. The motorhome is compact, easy to park in shopping centres and very economical to run. We had no problem with the vehicle in that time.
