We had a great holiday except for the first two days which were so rainy that we barely got out of the van except to go to the loo. The last 9 days were nice. I was a bit worried driving a van in the wind and rain, but Mal's Hiace handled the conditions very well. No slipping on corners or in puddles on the road. The windscreen wipers were really good! The van had a comfortable bed and we slept really well. The curtains blocked out light very well. The fridge was quiet and so was the water pump. The house battery lasted well on sunny days because it recharged with the solar panels and we charged a laptop, 2 ipads and 2 phones all at once when the sun was out. After dark, only the phones and ipads would charge with the house lights on. The van came with all the necessary pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. We requested blankets and sheets and Mal provided them too. We'd definitely rent this van again.

The Skypix will not disappoint you. For me it was the perfect balance between confort an driveability. I want to give a special distinction to the mattress: really big and really comfortable.

The van served our needs well. Its an older van, so is priced fairly as such. Mal is a nice guy who explained everything we needed to know.

Mal is a great guy, easy to communicate with and fast. Camper is great, just a noise from the engine, but I am sure that's taken care of.

Mal was great to deal with and communication was easy. The van has everything you need on a road trip and is easy to drive. Its perfect for a couple or solo traveller. The mattress is very comfy too

We had an amazing time and the van was well equipped and ran like a dream! Malcolm was very friendly and accomodating and let us know up front that the van did have some non mechanical faults that did not impact our trip at all.
