ADVENTURE SEEKER= DREAM BREAKER. We booked this vehicle from the UK in October 2025 for a 2 week "holiday of a lifetime" from 14th February 26. The satellite TV did not work on hand over or at any time during the hire; the vehicle developed an engine fault within 48 hours over handover, which we spend considerable time trying to find a garage to identify the fault, resulting in a garage advising a part was required for repair, on contacting the owners they advised that we must evacuate the vehicle (do not drive any further) whilst they arranged to have a software update installed in the van. (Garage advised repair, owner advised software?) We had to terminate our holiday and were left without support by the owners or Camplify to find our own way back to Auckland on a Friday in high season. The vehicle was not fit for purpose and completely ruined our holiday of a lifetime (plus the holiday of NZ friends who were in their own motor home in convoy with us). I strongly warn anyone thinking of renting this vehicle not to as unreliable. I also warn renters to be very careful with the insurance supplied through Camplify as it does not cover situations like this; you will be left on the side of the road without any support from the rental company or the owners. Buyer beware.

We (2 adults & one 13yo) had a wonderful 2 weeks travelling around Northland in this van. I found the main bed mattress a little lacking but that's likely due to my back issues, was a little hard/thin for me. My husband found it fine. We had everything we needed for cooking/eating comfortably. We did encounter some engine issues, Camplify's response was sub-par, communication lacking and slow, but the van owner's Nora and Ilian were incredible. They felt so bad they drove for 4 hours to deliver a spare part that in the end wasn't even needed, just so we would be inconvenienced as little as possible. The engine issue was just one of those unexpected things and not their fault and to go so far out of their way, literally, was outstanding. If only Camplify were as good. Nora and Ilian, and if we're ever in the position to hire another van from Auckland again you'll be our first port of call. Regards, Caroline

The van was magnificent, easy to drive and so comfortable when driving and sleeping in. As far as inclusions within the van there was nothing left out. We went to some amazing spots in Northland and will treasure these memories forever. A big thankyou to Nora and her husband for going out of their way to make this happen for us, such a beautiful couple to deal with.

The van was in excellent condition and drove extremely well. It was so well designed and fully equipped. It had a separate bathroom with very functional shower that did not leak. The made up double bed was comfortable and the two satelite tv sets worked well. Nora and Ilian communicated brilliantly and even went out of their way to deliver the van to us on the other side of Auckland from themselves. We could not fault the whole experience and so we would highly recommend it to others.

Amazing! The van has everything we needed and more (barbecue, awning, all linen and towels, cleaning products, full kitchen equipment, etc etc). It is not too big (vs other vans we passed on the road) and was perfect for our family of 3, even with colder/wetter weather. The beds not requiring any set-up are a big plus. But overall, it's the friendliness and ease of communication with Ilian and Nora that make the experience absolute perfection: they are always available, flexible and so accommodating. We would like to be back already!

This van was handed over to us in excellent condition. Nora was amazing with providing extra bedlinen as we had a months hire also beach towels. It was well equipped with outdoor furniture & BBQ. They were extremely helpful with route planning and gave us lots of advice & tips for our trip. We would highly recommend.

We had a great time in the van, such a comfortable place to make home for the holidays. Has everything you need and is spacious with lots of storage places for all your things. We couldn't fault Nora and Illian's great handover and drop off. Lovely people who made us feel welcome in New Zealand right from when we booked the van. Highly recommend.
