Nicola is friendly and clear with her instruction. Casey is awesome for 6 of us . We had a great experience with Casey. Thank you Nicola for sharing Casey with us for a short 3 days Look forward to see you again when we are back in NZ and thank you for the prompt chat response from the Camplify team who are really helpful. Special thanks to Sam, Denice & Jo who makes my family first campervan experience work out fabulous ( last minute arrangement because we are turn down last minute by other company )

Communications were great and the owners were very understanding when we were delayed on return. The van was tidy and reasonably well equipped. On the day of pickup we were advised/warned about a roof leak and that the radio didn't work. Unplanned by the owner obviously - but it did put a bit of a damper on our trip as the leak was above one of the beds and we had a fair bit of rain on day 1 and the floor carpet ended up wet too. One of the 'double' beds is very small. We only had one small adult on there but I doubt that two (even small) adults could share it comfortably. The grill smoked a lot when we tried to use it so we turned it off, fearing a fire. This left us with no real means to make toast. A camp toaster would be a cheap but handy addition to the kitchen. The water ran out even though we'd only used it for washing dishes a few times and a dozen or so cups of tea - so either it's a very small tank or it hadn't been full when we picked up the van.

We had an awesome long weekend away & a lot of that was due to our excellent mobile accommodation & Nicola the owner of the Motorhome who was easy to communicate with & fitted in with our schedule amazingly. Highly recommend.

First time family holiday in a camper, (2 adults and 3 kids) and we lived the experience. Kids thought it was our best holiday. We did stay in good campgrounds with facilities the whole way, which I think as a family was best rather than trying to use the limited camper facilities. But the sleeping and traveling layout suited us fine. And great having the big bike rack Couple of negatives was the general condition of the camper. It is older and showing that age in carpet and trim etc. And the cleaning prior to pick up seemed rushed. We would probably hire a later model in future. The fridge didn't keep cold overnight ( even plugged into campsite) and the camper was missing details like coffee plunger, chopping board which we had to buy along the way. Overall we were satisfied with the camper, although at $200 per day I feel it was not great value compared to much newer campers

We had a great adventure in Casey the camper. Nicola was super easy to deal with and was never far away from a reply. We loved our weekend away and will definitely be hiring again!
