Unfortunately, the van was not really sufficiently equipped, and needs a good overhaul to make it a comfortable "campervan".

We rented this van for 2 weeks for a trip around the South Island. Caroline got the job done, and we had an amazing experience!

Kishan was a great host and Caroline was an amazing van. We had a wonderful time touring New Zealand and Caroline was definitely up to the task, if Im ever back over in this part of the world I wouldnt hesitate to hire again.

Genug Platz für zwei Personen. Wir waren im Winter auf der Nordinsel unterwegs, das wirds dann leider früh dunkel und dann auch etwas kalt. Aufenthalt im Auto eigtl nur auf der Liegefläche dann möglich. Wen das knacken der Lautsprecher bei unebener Strecke nicht stört ist hier preisgünstig unterwegs. Kommu mit Kishan problemlos. (Die Spüle-Nutzung ist etwas umständlich.)

The van is a good budget option. Kishan is a great communicator and always available. Bring a phone charge pack as there is limited phone charging capacity and no house battery. Also ask for the fuel and gas tank to be filled prior to pick up for convenience. The stereo was a bit annoying, making strange noises even when off but I am sure this will be fixed. Ensure the oil is checked before you leave Kish's house. The van is at a very handy location close to central Wellington.

This little van goes like the clappers and was extremely comfortable despite being small. The slightly raised roof gives you more room then other vans weve hired when sitting at the table or when you are in bed. We are both tall and we fitted in well. The kitchen is well designed for such a small space and had everything we needed. I wouldn't plan to cook a 10 course meal but the basics served us very well. I'd have no problem recommending Katy to anyone who wants a New Zealand adventure.

We had a great time touring around NZ for 3 weeks in this van. Kishan was easy to communicate with and flexible for pickup/drop off. The van had basic cooking supplies, linens, and a few other camping amenities. The foam pads for the bed are veryy soft so consider getting a foam topper if staying a while! Reliable van overall, thanks Kishan!
