We hired this campervan for 5 days for a family road trip around Auckland and the Taranaki region, and it was a great experience overall. Were a family of four, and the van had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Its wellset up, easy to drive, and definitely good value for the price. We didnt use the cooktop, microwave, or builtin toilet, but it was great knowing they were available if needed. The fridge had just been replaced and worked well for storing our food. If youre travelling with kids, Id recommend staying at holiday parks rather than freedom camping it just makes things a bit easier. The beds were a decent size too; I was a bit sceptical at first, but we all slept comfortably. Mohammad and his wife were wonderful to deal with very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process. Their communication made the hire smooth and stressfree. Wed happily recommend this campervan to anyone looking for an affordable and enjoyable way to explore the beauty of the North Island.

We had best experience about hiring campervan The owner was incredibly kind, responsive, and took time to explain all the features, which made us feel confident from the start. The whole experience was smooth, relaxed, and enjoyable. I cant recommend this campervan and owner highly enough. He was very helpful over the phone explaining every single details. Van was very neat clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay for two weeks. Prompt communication

Thank you Mohammed for saving our caravan experience! My 2 boys love the van. The bed over head the driver cabin was great. Our neighbouring camping side was so envy about it. The van is tidy. Shower with hotwater is so convenient! Its like our moving home away from home! Very good experience. Will surely recommend this van! Until next time again. +++AAAA

We had lovely holiday in the van. It's easy to drive and driving is comfortable. However, some improvements could be made... - While we had the van the fridge didn't work half the time, which was a bit frustrating. We did notify Mohammed of this so hopefully he gets it fixed. -The cushions / mattress for the bed aren't the most comfortable to sleep on. But the sheets were good and clean. - Having the toilet where it is located is not the best use of space. We would have preferred to have it taken out as we weren't going to use it. Over all it was a pleasant trip just a few niggles.

Very pleasant experience. Didnt have any issues. The owners were very friendly and responsive. The van was good value for money. Would definitely hire it again

TO FLEE . The owner doesn't maintain his motorhome. We had a lot of problem . To start ; No power and pipe to make dumping was defected = garage = LOSS OF TIME  Noise on the breaks when braking. Need to go to the garage, I bring the motorhome at the garage, but to have CHEAPER PRICE he makes me bring the vehicle in another garage Brake disc and pad changed = garage = LOSS OF TIME . Ventilation/ AC no longer works; we have to wipe the windscreen with a towel to go to the shuttle parking . Following this intervention ( to repare Brake and ventilation ), a new noise appeared. The vehicle was immobilized for 2 days because we realized THE MECHANIC FORGOR A BOLT!!! / DANGER +++++ The door of the vehicle jammed for no reason. Impossible to open the door. We didn't want to waste any time anymore with a trip to the garage.  So during 5 days we had to systematically go through the front of the vehicle to get in and out. Not practical +++++ During the whole stay, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE  ;  - No hot water, we had to go to the campsite for showers so the price is not the same - The drawers open at every left turn. We put the dishes in the toilets. - Some windows are no longer watertight. Use of towels when it rains. - Impossible to open roof vents .  -Recovery of the vehicle with an almost empty gas bottle.  - I'm not talking about the lack of cleanliness.( Nails and popcorn under the mattress) We asked for compensation of only 15% for all problems and we got no response. We had problems from start to the end. The motorhome is poorly maintained . And for now camplify doesnt help us. We have to arrange with the owner .but no response . With a professional renter we would have had a compensation with a price scale. I do not recommend.

Thanks for the hire, we enjoyed our time away. Apart from not being able to open the main bed at first as it was jammed, (we did manage to sort it out eventually) and the house battery not being charged or charging during our trip we made the most of it. Luckily we didnt spend a lot of time in it art from sleeping in it lol. Would still recommend the van and would hire again. Communication was excellent and Van was very clean.
