We had an excellent experience renting the van from Laura in New Zealand. She was extremely responsible, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Whenever an issue came up, she handled it quickly and professionally, with clear and friendly communication throughout the entire process. Had a great time with this van, Laura was lovely and did a comprehensive handover. Van is older but well looked after and has everything you need. Blanket is super warm and cosy too! Highly recommend!
