We were first time campervanners. Campbell was a delight to deal with from the very first enquiry (we stuffed up the booking initially and Campbell helped us work through this) The drop off and instruction was second to none as we were real novices and after the walk around and instruction felt a huge relief as it was all explained so well. The campervan itself exceeded our expectations with heaps of room and EVERYTHING we could want provided. We just threw food and clothes in and away we went. Our dog Max joined us and there was never any issues expressed from Campbell and Max was made to feel like one of the family and welcomed aboard! We are certainly campervan converts now and when dropping it off we were already planning another get away next year and maybe for a longer time. We cannot recommend highly enough Campbell and Gay as hosts and the campervan itself. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience!!!! Gary, Marianne and Max

We travelled both the North and South Islands as a family of three two adults and a 4-year-old over the course of two months. The Bürstner had everything we needed and more. Extras like outdoor chairs, a table, rubber mats, and other thoughtful additions really made a difference and took the camper experience to the next level things you wouldnt typically get from standard rental companies. All linen was provided too, including beach towels, which was a big plus. Campbell and Gay are amazing hosts. Communication before and during the trip was excellent and incredibly helpful. They met us at the airport, gave a thorough walkthrough of the camper, arranged toys for our little boy and even showed us where to buy groceries such a warm welcome. Wed absolutely recommend renting the Bürstner Beauty for a comfortable and unforgettable New Zealand adventure!

Our 3 person family spent two weeks in this lovely campervan and were very pleased with it. It had lovely extras like a camp table & chairs, a bbq and really everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. It handled well, has a large fridge and pantry and the beds were comfortable. We highly recommend it and would rent again!

We had an incredible experience renting a camper van in New Zealand. I was a bit concerned at first to rent from a private individual and via Camplify as I had always rented vehicles via commercial players. This experience made me realise that you are way better off renting from individuals via a professional platform. Better camper and better value for money. The vehicle was well-maintained, providing a comfortable and convenient travel environment. What truly stood out was the owner's exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable journey. Highly recommend this rental for both the quality of the camper van and the warmth of the owner.

I would highly recommend the Bürstner Beauty We hired it a year ago, and loved it. We were lucky it was available again this year. The owners are just lovely. There are lovely blankets, bedding, linen and towels provided. The insulation is good solo inside is always comfortable, even though we seemed to have run the gamut of weather conditions. A really comfortable trip each time. Surprisingly economical fuel wise. Its confirmed for us that we are buying our own.

We couldn't have wished for a better motorhome to spend our holidays in. It was just splendit - super clean, well equipped and very luxurious. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is first class. Everything was amazing!

We timed the weather badly and it was very warm and dry to stay in. It was a successful trip in spite of the weather.
