The van itself was fantastic- our hosts have the van very well equipped even providing a freshly baked cake for afternoon tea upon arrival. Pickup and drop off was made very simple in a car park close to a supermarket and a stones throw from Christchurch airport making the whole experience seamless. We would not hesitate to hire through Jackie and James again on our next visit to beautiful New Zealand- we will be back!

Jackie and James were fantastic; explained everything in logical and methological way and were very relaxed about us taking their van for 2 weeks. We had a fantastic time and I would certainly recommend Indy, and Jackie and James for a family holiday

Jackie and James are such a nice and thoughtfull couple. They gave us all the needed information for our travels plus a homemade cake!!! Their communication is good and they would let us know wheater updates if they were important. The van was clean and equiped with everything you need for travel. We loved every minute in Flo and we would hire again with Jackie and James!

We had a great experience with Jackie and James motorhome. First we were kindly received and onboarded to the motorhome, all needed guidance given and also welcome with a great homemade cake. The camper is in excellent condition and perfect for family of 5. Thanks for all your support.

Jackie and Kames were amazing, 10 out of 10 service. The motorhome has all you need to travel around NZ, even with 3 adults 2 children as we did. If we go back to NZ, we will contact J and J again.

We recently hired a motorhome from Jackie and James for our 19-day adventure around the South Island of New Zealand, and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The motorhome had everything we needed and everything we didnt even know we wantedcomfortable, spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly easy to live in for nearly three weeks on the road. From the moment we picked it up, Jackie and James were exceptional hosts. Their communication was friendly and prompt, and they took the time to walk us through every detail so we felt confident and ready to go. Its clear they take great pride in their motorhome and go above and beyond to make sure guests have an unforgettable experience. The motorhome handled beautifully across every landscapefrom winding mountain passes to coastal viewpointsand gave us the freedom to explore the South Island at our own pace with total comfort. We couldnt have asked for a better setup or better hosts. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely hire from Jackie and James again!

We hired this immaculate motorhome from Jackie & James. It was spacious, comfortable and had been beautifully laid out for us - Jackie was incredibly kind and helpful to us all through the entire duration of the hire and made sure we knew exactly what was what before setting off, we also had weather updates communicated to us for our itinerary and she was always at the end of the phone if we had any questions or concerns. Overall we would highly recommend Jackie & James and definitely hire from them again for future New Zealand travels!

We had a wonderful holiday in Rae! We are a family of two kids (aged 5 and 9) and two adults. The kids enjoyed their own space in the generous sized bunks (king single sized). Us grown ups slept above the cab. The bed was comfortable but beware accessing it if elderly or mobility issues. Also the person lying closest to the wall has limited head room - I soon got used to it but definitely hit my head a few times overnight to start with! James and Jackie were excellent hosts - Met us at the airport and gave a very detailed handover. We had everything we needed on board and the home baked cake was a lovely touch. They stored our suitcases while we were away so we didnt have to carry around extra luggage and then kindly dropped them off to use the night before departure so we could pack up. All in all a fantastic trip! 100% recommend.
