Communication was great. Fraser who delivered the caravan was super helpful and ran me through everything. Caravan was great but did have a water leak coming from under the bed which persisted and was annoying having to wear shoes or have wet feet. Highly recommend and would happily use again

We had an awesome time in this van! We were travelling with a 2 year old and he loved it too!! Would definitely use again!

The 2019 Bailey Pegasus caravan we were provided with by Rent n Roll was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The only issues experienced were a small leak through the TV antennae connection, the kitchen basin and the shower took a long time to drain down and the fridge/ freezer took over 24 hours to get to the required operating temperatures.

Fantastic, spacious and comfortable. Had a couple of initial issues with the van that rent and roll immediately remedied for us, was overall an amazing experience with rent and roll and would highly recommend them to anyone

The holiday, a visit to the southern Wairarapa was very good. We parked the van beside a farmer friends wool shed which provided mains power and water. We used this as a base then drove in our LR Defender to all the places we wanted to visit, museums, parks, vineyards etc. The main attraction, Wings over Wairarapa Airshow was cancelled due to bad weather so we came home a day early and free camped one night in Taihape on the way back to Taupo. The van was comfortable and was an upgrade ( bigger) to what was originally allocated to us as three adult male pensioners. Despite this I was still too tall to fit in the single bed so I put the mattress in the wool shed and slept in there very comfortably! We were given a Bailey Limousin van. All systems worked well except the base for the electric jug was missing so we used the gas and whistling kettle instead. The lighting cable for the 7 pin plug was a tiny bit too short so that going round a tight left hand corner on the way home the cable pulled out and the plug came off. We mentioned this to Brad at RentnRoll who said hed get his auto electrician to fix the problem. We suggested they fit cell-phone charging plugs to run off the 12 volt system when free camping to improve/ upgrade the functionality of the van. The van was easy to tow and manoeuver. It served our purposes well.

Had a great time. Van would be perfect for 2 adults and 2 small children, but was a bit cozy for 4 adults. I would recommend Rent and Roll, great communication and service.
