It was a great experience touring the South Island!!!! The camper met expectations. This is an ideal camper for 2 people. The 4x4 allows you to go to many more places than with any other camper. (in consultation with owner)

Lil Merc was excellent. It's an older vehicle, but it had everything we needed and the space set up really well for a comfortable stay. We previously rented the longer Maui sprinter van for 8 days, but we actually far preferred Lil Merc for our 17 day South Island adventure. It's shorter, so it was easier to maneuver, but it was a little bit wider and taller, so the living space set up better. Only a couple notes: no jumper cables provided (not a big deal, but I was lucky that someone in the campground had a pair after I had left the headlights on...), and no upgraded stereo (bring your own bluetooth speaker if that's an issue for you - that was an acceptable solution for us)

We had the best possible time. The van is absolutely superb, lovely to drive, economical and the facilities brilliant. Comfortable bed, everything works. Melissa and Pieter were great and superb communication. I only wish wed hired this for a longer period! Thank you both so much.

Me and my partner literally had the holiday of a lifetime in this RV and will miss it dearly. The RV was spotless, thoughtfully equipped, and extremely comfortable/cozy (yet highly practical). Also in terms of communication with the owners, Melissa and Pieter, we felt completely taken care of and we appreciated their friendliness and competence. We thus honestly couldnt recommend this RV more - we would choose it again in a heartbeat.

An absolutely perfect rig for our 2 week fly fishing trip. Pieter and Melissa were wonderful to work with and made the airport drop off smooth and easy. The camper was well-appointed with everything we could need, very comfortable bed, and we loved having extra storage in the back for gear. And the truck handled very well. We hope to stay in touch since we will certainly be back and hope to hire Sunny again. Thanks for everything!

Excellent. This vehicle was well presented and perfect for the trip that I had intended. I needed an off road capability due to the weather at this time of the year and the 2 destinations that I was staying at. Although at both locations there was rain, this vehicle easily got out of both parks in 2 wheel drive. The owners Mellisa and Pierre were excellent to deal with and bought the van into the Airport location, to do the hand over. The holiday and the van were all excellent.

Formal · English Outstanding vehicle. It offers a smooth driving experience and is highly maneuverable. All components of the vehicle are in excellent working condition, and it is furnished with everything you may require. The owners have done an exceptional job outfitting the vehicle with all necessary amenities, both inside and out. It features a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, a barbecue, chairs, a table, and numerous additional items such as coffee, cooking oil, and more. Communication is easy and the owners demonstrate remarkable flexibility.

The van is pretty old, but drives still very well. It was also equipped well, and its self contained. As this van was a swap due to some technical issues with another van, we were more than happy with the deal. We would certainly trust RVfinders again.
