We had an excellent time with Ethan's van; it is very well equipped and the set-up is easy to use. The kitchen had plenty of utensils in good working conditions, knives that cut well, a pan that hasn't been over used and plenty of spices! The insulation and the sound proofing of the van were also very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean and although we didn't use them, there were extra ones as well as an extra blanket. It is also super convenient with the kitchen space at the back and the foldaway bed. As for communication with Ethan, it was very easy. He took the time to walk us through the van and show us everything. We had an awesome time!

We hired Ethans van for 10 days to travel around the South Island and had a fantastic time! The van is so well set up and has everything needed for freedom camping. The van is well insulated so it was quiet, we were warm and slept well. The mattress was comfy and can be moved into a couch position for sitting room in the van if rainy weather. Ethan was so friendly and helpful, quick to respond to messages and questions about the van and is a wealth of knowledge about places to visit. We would definitely hire from Ethan again. We hired Howard through Camplify for a five day New Years getaway and honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience. Ethan met my partner and I in Queenstown and was great to deal with from the start. He was friendly, clear, and made the handover super easy. We travelled through Haast, Wnaka, Twizel and Omarama, and Howard had absolutely everything we needed. Sleeping was super comfortable with plenty of room for two, and we stayed warm and cosy even when the weather turned bad. The kitchen was really well equipped. We were able to cook proper meals just like we would at home. A big highlight for us was the shower. Having good hot water after a long day made such a difference. We also struck some rough weather, so having a TV was perfect for relaxing in the evenings while still feeling comfortable and entertained. The van itself is clearly well thought out, with everything having its own place, which made living in it easy and stress free. Honestly, just pack your clothes and food, thats all you need for a week away in Howard. Would 100% recommend both the van and Ethan, and wed happily hire again.
