The Caravan is pretty practically new apart from minor and usual wear and tear of the blinds locks. Only troe was that the drain of the shower was clogged and smeelly as well as the toilet. Unfortunately we realised that only after the first trip. So I guess it was not their total fault. Just check with them if problem solved. In any case after first night. Great holiday. Thanks rick
