Daisy was very comfortable and the facilities were as described. We were warm and dry, and were able to cook and make our morning coffee. She drove well and we had a great trip despite inconsistant weather..

Dolly is a very nice van, fantastic to drive, very comfortable for two people. Royce is very attentive with communication. There was however an issue with an unpleasant odour whilst driving. This was mentioned to Royce when returning the van, and we hope the issue has been resolved for the next client.

Overall we had an enjoyable trip with Dolly and the campervan served its main purpose of getting us around and giving us a comfortable place to sleep. Its a nice way to explore and we appreciated the opportunity to travel this way. Its clear that the vehicle dates from around 2018 and, although it doesnt seem to have very high mileage, some of the campervan electronics feel quite outdated. For example, there is not a working navigation system and the front sound system quality is fairly poor and the TV does not work. The rear-view parking camera is extremely difficult to see on the screen, which makes reversing quite challenging. The air conditioning also struggles to cool effectively. A few of the external and utility features need attention as well. The side grill only has one burner that seems to work properly, and the satellite dish for the TV does not appear to function, so we didnt end up using the TV. There is a safe onboard, but there is no key to it. In terms of equipment, the kitchen supplies are very basic. A corkscrew was missing and there were only minimal utensils. There are also no proper USB outlets in the van, so we had to charge devices using the cigarette lighter. A USB adapter and cable would be a simple but helpful addition. Some practical outdoor items would also improve the setup. There are no leveling blocks for the van, the outdoor chairs are quite low compared to the table, and there is no awning (markise), which would make sitting outside more comfortable in different weather. Royce, the owner was from the get go very responsive, and it was our mistake not to have checked more detailed about the campervans condition. The pickup location is 1 hour north of Auckland. For us that was inconvenient and we spent a ton of time back and forth to pick up and deliver the campervan. Overall, we had a good time and the van worked for our trip, but with a few upgrades and small additions it could provide a much better experience for future travelers.

Royce is extremely responsive to any and all questions. The van is awesome, clean, large inside and the bed is comfortable.

Amazing holiday, great van to drive, lots of power and drives like a car, everything works well and super easy to use. Royce was amazing to deal with 5 stars on communication. Cheers

Great week away Van was just as expected and did us well

My wife and I used the Camper for a week and found it had everything needed for great time away. The bed was actually huge and we were very comfortable. Always had hot water in the shower and kitchen sink. The heater worked well and made for comfy nights in the NZ winter. The van also had plenty of plates, pans, knives and forks. Fridge worked well. The Doonas and pillows where plentiful and great quality. Would not hesitate to rent the van again from Royce.
