It was our first time in a van an OMG what an amazing first experience. Shaun was great by telling us all that we need to know about the van. The van was so clean, tidy, organise, all clear instructions to follow to use the toilet, kitchen, electric system, everything. Definitely would use the van again in the future. Not problems at all. Thank you so much for this amazing experience

Jaffa is a great campervan. We had everything we needed, lots of space and the bed was really comfortable. Driving Jaffa was also nice, the automatic transmission was smooth and the breaks good. Pick-up and drop-off was very easy and uncomplicated. Cat is amazing, we even got a lift back to the airport. But: Jaffa had a really loud and squeaky suspension, which we didn't get informed about. We texted Cat and she said, it was because of the hire before us and they've been trying to fix it. The squeaking was constantly there. It was especially loud while driving slow, like turning into a parking lot or a campground, which was really annoying. We tried to not take it too seriously, but after hearing it for three weeks straight, it really messed with our experience driving. So all in all, Jaffa is amazing, but the suspension needs to be fixed.

We had a fantastic experience hiring this campervan. The host has clearly put a huge amount of thought into every detail, and it really shows. Everything was well set up, easy to use, and made the trip completely stress-free from the start. Communication was exceptional the whole way through. The host was very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had, and the handover briefing was thorough and easy to understand, which gave us a lot of confidence before setting off. One thing we especially appreciated was that the host kindly came to collect the van afterwards, which made things incredibly convenient for us and took a lot of pressure off at the end of the trip. Overall a really smooth, well-organised hire with a host who genuinely cares about providing a great experience. Highly recommended.

We had the best trip in Ollie around the South Island, such a cute little camper and it had everything we could need. communication was also amazing. Couldnt recommend enough :)

A wonderful start to our holiday. Loved that van - perhaps not the latest model but easy to drive, lovely to be in and so comfy to sleep in! Shaun and family were extremely helpful the whole way through and went beyond to meet our needs & requests. Very happy campers.

The van is great, it had everything we needed and the information at the handover were exhaustive. Communication was easy, we recommend renting it !
