Brenda was lovely and communicated well. I was concerned about the van being too small to sleep myself at 6'2" along with my partner and she provided lots of information and extra photos to help make our decision. It was definitely a bit tight sleeping both of us, but ultimately worked out for our 5 day trip. The van was well stocked and had a lot of great features. The positive side effect of being a bit on the smaller side compared to most caravans is that it handled well and also was nice and easy to park. Previous reviews mentioned some issues with breakdowns, we did not experience any issues to that extent. There was a minor issue with the battery connection, which caused a few issues with the van starting, but Brenda is aware of the issue and showed us how to resolve it before we left, which was easy to do and ultimately did not effect driving the van.

Excellent van handover, Brenda and family were lovely to meet and made the transition very smooth explaining all we needed to know Especially impressive as the day before pickup, Brenda had power issues from previous hirers, and by the time we picked the van up the next morning she had been to get the van serviced to have it resolved Excellent experience and would hire the camper again

Owners were lovely and the van was good. Apart from two issues. 1. Electrical plug off the solar power cut out using any off the appliances. 2. Probably the bigger issue the van over heated going up hills and lost power and reduce speed to 5-10km/hr. This was very frustrating and dangerous at times. Especially coming through the single line tunnel in the Milford sounds. We lost power and held up so many so many car behind us. The was very stressful with no reception in the tunnel and no way to get help. The owners were response in getting the vehicle looked at but we had to change the last 5 days of our trip because we werent confident in the vans ability to go up hills without over heating. The owners did offer an extra day for free which we accepted but ended up coming home early. Over all the van was really good but these two issues did add stress and inconvenience which did influence our holiday.

Brenda was such a kind and considerate person and really went above and beyond to ensure my trip was comfortable and safe particularly as i was a solo traveller. The van is sooo comfortable and has heaps of storage for the size. It drove very well around all the mountainous roads of the south and has enough oompf to get up the steep hills. Thanks Brenda for making my trip the best it could be!
