Hi, I'm Lucrecia

Lucrecia came to the airport to meet us, which was very handy. Handover was timely and quick. The van had had a few knocks and scrapes, but drove well (drove comfortably at 100km/hr, and uphills as well). We had a fuel leak on the 2nd day, and Lucrecia was very helpful and active in handling the situation with Camplify. Camplify also responded and the vehicle got towed within a couple of hours and we stayed in accommodation that night covered by Camplify. The width of the bed was quite narrow because of the shelf taking up a little space in the cabin. We are 2 skinny people, and that was tight for us, which made nights quite uncomfortable with turning/both of us lying flat. The sleeping area would probably be more suited for 1 person. The fridge is small, probably fits 4 soft drink cans. We didn't end up using it because it needed to be plugged in to charger, and we needed to charge our phones. They provided an cooler box as well. We didn't end up using it either. Storage is under the bed and requires the bed to be stacked away. We had backpacks which made it manageable to store. They provided a fair bit of items.. Paper towels, toilet papers, oil, salt and pepper, tea and coffee bags, good picnic bag which included everything you needed to cook with. Although we didn't do proper cooking, there was sufficient in there to do so. Camping chairs and table were good as we didn't use the table set up inside the van. Again, we appreciated Lucrecia's fast and active response to the fuel leak situation.

The perfect getaway with the perfect van. It ran very well, very fuel efficient. They had it stocked with everything! And Lucrecia communicated so well. Bed was comfy and everything was very clean. Thanks again for renting us your van, next road trip I take Im definitely booking again.

Simoneta has been the perfect van for our trip! Its a lovely car with everything you need inside! Lucrecia and Flávio have been really helpful for everything. Drop off at the airport is a big plus!

Loved driving the Simoneta around the South Island. She drove like a car, kept me warm and toasty at night (thanks for the hot water bottle) and was just a lovely way to travel. Would recommend!

Great layout of van. Loved the kitchen set up with all the spices for cooking. A/C was nice and cold! Cozy and comfortable. Drives like a car. It's so easy to get around in this van. We had no issues at all. Reliable Toyota. It was a delight to deal with owners. Easy going. Highly recommend.
