Makes a booking on the 21st for a 21st Feb booking. Changes to 22nd as they were arriving a 2am but still accepted this booking as they need a vehicle which was a mistake. When they arrive at my house to pick up the vehicle have explained to them multiple times that they would need to clean the toilet and empty or they will incur additional costs which they understood. Even let them use my bathroom and sleep on my property as they had no where to go as they have arrived so late. They told me they would return the vehicle 4PM on 24th which I said would be fine. The problem started when they were late, which I had nothing to do with as they left Rotorua late. Kept asking me to pick the vehicle up at the airport which I have told them I could not do as I had things to do that night. They arrive after 7PM, vehicle not cleaned and toilet not emptied and petrol not filled. Not sure why they keep saying they cleaned the vehicle, still had food crumbs all over the floor and seats, dishes were not cleaned. Just returned the vehicle dirty. I have explained to them that they would need to pay for petrol which they did not fill. Not sure why they left that out of the review :(. Next day when cleaning the vehicle, the mess that they left found out that the toilet was not cleaned. Their response was they were in a rush and could not empty or cleaned the toilet... again not sure why they say they cleaned the vehicle when they were in a rush. I have told them that for me to fully clean the vehicle which is specified at booking "additional costs" will be $200.00. But I advise them that I will only charge them $100.00 + costs to fill the petrol to full. They kept guilt tripping me saying they missed their flight, costs were to expensive etc. Not sure how this would be my fault that they woke up late or whatever they did and were late. Kept communicating with them over the phone but long story short they stopped replying and did not pay for the petrol or $100.00 cleaning costs which was reduced as courtesy. I contacted Camplify and gave them the information and charged full costs. I knew they will give me a bad review but that just who they are and sadly not take any responsibility for things they have done, just blame thing on others.
