Good communication by Elaine from the outset, she took me through a detailed handover process prior to pickup and assured me that she was available via phone to answer any questions that might arise during my hire. Motorhome was clean and tidy inside out and I had a trouble free trip as expected , Motorhome was easy to navigate, it travelled from A to B with no issues at all.Thank you Elaine.

It was very good experience with this van, very comfortable and ample of spaces. The owner is friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this motorhome can't wait to do it next time. Thank you Besie for keeping us safe and making our trip enjoyable.

What a pleasant vehicle to drive. We travelled along the cost on some very windy roads and never felt unsafe. Everything you would need to know is in a folder, although we were told everything before we left it was a lot to remember so this was helpful. Comfortable beds. We slept 2 adults and 3 teenagers and had no issues. Stocked with all the kitchen equipment you would need. Very economical. Would definitely hire this vehicle again.

We loved renting this campervan and had an amazing holiday. We did a trip earlier this year with Maui, but felt the Bessie was far better, in great condition and more comfortable compared to Maui. The vans pick up was great! We were a full house with 4 adults and 2 kids. The van was quiet.. with very minimal rattling. We could hear and speak to the driver and passenger in the cab easily!! It was spacious and comfortable. Elaine gave us 2 Bambilo mattress toppers which made the beds super comfy !! She was very easy to communicate with and gave us some great tips about our itinerary. Looking forward to planning another trip!

Van was nice and tidy on pick up, the owners were always available when you needed to ask a question.
