We rented Mars for a 5 week holiday in the South Island. Mars is well equipped and has everything you need for a camping holiday! We felt very well supported by Robbie and Hayley during our trip. We had one (self inflicted) issue with the van and Robbie was immediately on the end of a call to help guide us to a solution. We were also very grateful for the free airport pick up and drop off service that Robbie provided. This is a wonderful gesture. I would definitely recommend Mars for your holiday. Great van and excellent customer service.

This van was exactly what I expected. It ran well and was enough room for three of us. Robbie was extremely easy to communicate with and the airport pickup was a huge bonus.

Jupiter was an amazing van for our trip around New Zealand! Robbie and Hayley were excellent communicators. Robbie picked us up from the airport and dropped us to our hotel at the end. The van had everything we needed, drove like a dream, and was super comfy to sleep in.

We had a great time exploring the South Island in Mercury. Great comms from Robbie&Hailey answered the few issues we had on our travels. We are 1st time campervan users and really enjoyed the experience. Once we got into a routine, the available space was manageable. Mercury was reliable and easy to drive.

We had an extraordinary holiday for a month. The van was so reliable and suited all our needs in comfort, sleeping, cooking, room for everything we needed and being fully certified made all the difference to where we could go. Hayley and Robbie are the best in communication and support and quick to step up and give extra tips and info to make the trip even better than expected. It's an amazing country to see and explore and we did every main road we could find to see and be endlessly astonished at the diversity of sights, places, people, and the security of knowing Robbie and Hayley have your back at all times. Just do it. You'll be smiling so much your face will ache. And yes Jupiter our van. Is brilliant Toyota is a good choice so you don't lose time in breakdowns and things not quite right. They service all their vehicles well so you get the benefits. Everything is supplied so you don't need to think about it. Top ten for this van and crew

Short summary: Robbie and Hayley are great and renting a van from them is a great way to discover New Zealand. The van was well stocked and had everything to make a journey comfortable. For 2 people the van is really big enough, and we have seen 4 people in similar vans. Communication with Robbie and Hayley is great and they responded swiftly to every question. All in all the whole experience was 5 stars. Long version: From the beginning until the end the experience with Robbie and Hayley has been great. We rented the mercury van from them to explore the South Island. On arrival we were picked up at the airport. We got a tour of the van and were on our way. The van we rented, mercury, had Everything you could want for on such a trip. Since we had almost all weather conditions, from temperatures below zero to almost 30 degrees we could test it all out. The Van was stocked with warm blankets to keep us warm, but also a lounge set to chill in the sun, and everything in between. There is basically no need to find additional equipment and you only have to think about your own groceries. The bed was easy enough to set up. It can sleep 4 but we were with 2 and for 2 it really has ample space. On a very rainy day or at a nice campsite near a stream where the sandflies will eat you alive this is certainly a big plus. We have spent a few days doing everything in the van which is really no problem. Luckily, most days this was not needed :). Robbie and Hayley themselves are awesome in communication and simply very friendly. They respond swiftly to your questions and will help you out as much as they can. Simply everything is smooth. We can highly recommend renting this or any other van from them!
