I booked Reena 2 for a week trip around NZ through Ayad. Could not recommend highly enough - the van is well equipped, comfortable, and surprisingly economical. Also was very close to Auckland Airport (10-15 mins). Ayad answered any questions I had and was there to answer my call when I needed assistance. I will definitely book through Ayad next time I'm in NZ and would recommend highly.

The van was perfect for our needs for 3 people. It had enough seat belts and beds and was comfortable to travel in also. It drives smoothly and was economical on petrol. If there was something to assist with carrying luggage on board that would be super helpful. Our bags could only sit behind the drivers and passenger seat and kept sliding off and hitting the back seat passenger.

This was my first vanlife experience, and I have to say the Ayads van was the perfect travel companion. Simple, clean, with all the comfort you could wish for and at an unbeatable daily rate. The vehicle is brand new and super nice to drive. Thank you Ayad for your kindness and easygoing vibe. It really inspires trust! I had a great time dont hesitate!

First of all, Ayad is amazing. He was around CBD and gave me a ride to the van. When I returned the van, I had to catch a ferry in a hurry, and he immediately took me to the bus station. The bus was leaving so he even took me to the next stop so I didnt miss it! What an angel. Second of all, the car is amazing. New, responds very well, the tent on top is very useful space wise and easy to set up. The frying pan is big so you can cook a big meal there. There were two chairs, table, cutting board, soap, sponge, enough cutlery, and some noodles. The tap is strong so be cautious not to waste too much water! Definitely worth it to go on an adventure around NZ. I was alone and had enough space for everything, I even added a banana box for my pantry (free tip for you). Will certainly recommend Ayads car to anyone looking for a self contained with good cost benefit.

We had the van for about seven weeks and traveled all the way north, then all the way south to Wellington. The ferry was fun! We had a great time and had everything we needed. We never used the toilet in the van, but it was very important to get the self contained certification so we could freedom camp. The fridge was a little on the small side and we didn't love charging the battery for the fridge, but it didn't cramp or style too bad. Over all we can highly recommend Rena and Ayad.
