Ori the van was the perfect size for me, reliable, with everything I needed inside. The availability of an umbrella was much appreciated during one non stop rainy day. The pick up/drop off from the airport is a great extra service. Communication with Katrina and her son was easy. I was desappointed to find out after 3 days that the Grey water had not been emptied, and clean water wasn't filled, prior to me hiring the van. I had to empty the Grey water 35 L container after 3 days and didn't need to empty it again until I gave the van back. There was a general lack of tidiness. They had bought new dishes and the stickers on plates, bowl, cups where still there, meaning they hadn't been cleaned, sticky cutlery. The Gas Cooker still oily from last used. The gas bottle about 1/4 left, Katrina's son told me he couldn't get it filed and it's a small bottle wouldn't cost me much... sadely this has been mentionned before, all of this can easily be corrected and would have made the experience perfect.

We only needed the van for one night as an extra bed. It was clean and comfortable for our short stay. What really made it a good experience was the smooth communication with the owners. They were responsive, helpful and made the last-minute booking/pick-up and drop-off super easy. It was perfect for our quick and simple overnight solution! Thank you!

We had a lot of fun with the van. Travelled around 6 weeks on the north and south island. The van is totally self contained what is really nice for your freedom. The owner is thinking also what he can optimize what is really nice. The communication was really good and also the people are very friendly. Unfortunately the van was not as tidy as we expected. There was only one day in between the predecessor and this person cleaned by hisself. So the inspection was not that good from the owner side. But I am sure that he learned from this feedback which he was really thankful and you will get a totally fine and tidy van.

Had a great trip in the van. Its perfect for a couple and has lots of storage, drives well and best of all has been very well kitted out (bedding, chairs, beach mats, cooking equipment and proper coffee press for the mornings). Owners were very friendly and helpful and everything went very smoothly with the rental. Great value for money too so 100% recommend.

No issues with the van, super reliable and equipped as promised. Communication with the owners worked smoothly and they were very accommodating with the pick up and drop off times. We got also given lots of cool tips of spots to check out on our trip! We would definitely rent Ori again :) Thank you!
