Hiring rules
- No Smoking in the van
- Road User Charges are additional to your daily set rate and charged at 0.09c per km travelled . Diesel will appear cheaper at the pump than petrol, however diesel sold in NZ is exclusive of road user tax
- Fuel – return filled with diesel. All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- Waste water and toilet to be emptied before return, and gas bottle to be refilled or for an extra fee we can do this for you!
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
- Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
- Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0800 779 779 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
- Hirer must be 22 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
